The Terms and Conditions apply to www.salva.direct. By using our website or placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not use or access this website. You may browse our website  and purchase products without registering.

Product Description

Products displayed on this website are available as ‘in stock’ or ‘available for back order’. We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible – we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All photographs, descriptive matter and specifications issued or published on the website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in Euros. Prices do not include postage and packing, this will be charged at the rates specified in the delivery section. Payments can be made using Paypal or credit/debit card, Bank Transfer or Cash on delivery.

Acceptance of your Order
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full. We will confirm our acceptance of your order – on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided).

 
Delivery

We deliver to Malta and Gozo and orders are dispatched within 48 hours if the item is a ‘in stock item’

Returns Procedure:

We must receive all returns within 14 days of your receipt of the product. All tags must be intact and in original packaging for the return to be processed. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received.
Any product that has been opened cannot be returned, so please check colour and sizes before opening.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy you must e-mail ……………. outlining why you wish to return the product. Salva will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been opened, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customers.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s card or paypal account for the sum paid minus postage costs, and/or additional postage costs should the order then fall below euro 50.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Salva things will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.

Attempted Deliveries:

If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and the customer fails to claim the items from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund the customer until the goods have been returned to Salva. However, if the customer would still like the goods re-shipping, we will re-dispatch the parcel once we have received it back but we will have to charge for postage again.

Privacy

Salva respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and recognizes the importance of protecting information provided by them.

None of your information is held by Salva so you will not receive any marketing or such like as a result of using this website.
